Dristina A regular visitor to the site has sent a recipe for us to try out, a traditional Inian/Bengali chili sauce.

Can you add a traditional Indian/Bengali chilli sauce with oil and garlic? Heres the recipe:
1 teaspoon of mustard oil
1 teaspoon of canola oil
2 teaspoons of whole black pepper
10 dried jalepenos
2 dried scorpion chillis
2 cloves of garlic
Cut all chillis a straight line through the middle. Boil the oil on a frypan, and fry the chilli in them with 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Once fried, pour mixture into the blender and blend for a good 10 seconds. Bring to the boil on a pan with a small quantity of water and crushed garlic and crushed black pepper.
Cool and serve.
